What to include

When possible, include your iPhone model, iOS version, KangaRoute version, a short description, steps to reproduce the issue and a screenshot if useful.

Account and sync

For signup, sign-in, email confirmation, sync, password recovery or account deletion problems, email us from the address linked to your account when possible. Never send your password.

Privacy and data

For personal data, export or deletion requests, email privacy@kangaroute.app. You can also read the Privacy Policy.

Visa, work and tax information

KangaRoute provides practical information and links to official sources, but it does not provide legal, tax or migration advice. Explore the Working Holiday guides and verify important decisions with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.

KangaRoute is an early-stage product. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, prioritising account access, sync and data-deletion issues.
